How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and prom season we recommend 4–6 months ahead. For airport transfers, 24–72 hours is usually fine. We also accept same-day bookings whenever a vehicle is available.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Every chauffeur is TLC-licensed and background-checked. Our fleet carries full commercial insurance and is inspected regularly to meet New York State regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Corporate accounts are billed monthly with consolidated invoices.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Wedding and event bookings have separate terms — see your written confirmation.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes — infant, toddler and booster seats are available at no extra charge. Please let us know the type when you book.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. If your arrival is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically and there is no extra charge for airline-caused delays.
Do you serve all of Long Island and NYC?
Yes. We cover Nassau and Suffolk counties, all five boroughs of NYC, and can travel into New Jersey, Westchester and Connecticut on request.
Can I make multiple stops during a trip?
Absolutely. Hourly chauffeur and limo bookings include unlimited stops within the rental period at no extra cost.
